I joined the 3 pieces most
fundamental of this project ( and other bikes) that are: the chassis,
the swing arm and the suspension, the chassis and the swing arm
aren't finished yet.
14 - 07 - 08
Today I almost finished the
chassis I only need to make the welds, and add the details etc. Soon
I will start the rear part of the frame to put the rear suspension.
I modified the seat cowl in order the make it more width and next
step will be to polish it and check the tank. The colour of the
frame is only used in order to see if there are mistakes and give to
the piece an extra thickness.

I'm starting the front suspension,
using as donor the front forks of Motogp bike Kawasaki.

I have started the work with the
welds of the swing arm, now I will proceed to the application of a
coat of paint to cover the piece and to be able to see and correct
the mistakes.

New images of the swing arm, I
have to check the hole for the rear suspension, to polish the small
pores and to add also the corresponding welds.

rear suspension on the swing arm, and also with the radiator. You
